Shipping and Refund Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, and you can track your order throughout the delivery process!
Any delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.
We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders under $50 total cart value. You are eligible for free shipping if your cart value exceeds $50.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Buying online can be difficult. ODYSSEY offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will refund/replace your full order any time after your purchase if you find that our product did not meet your needs or standards.
With our product being a food item, we are unable to process returns if the product has been opened by the customer. If a refund/replacement is requested, you may keep the item you purchased originally.
